Your Mission: Build an AI-powered solution that reduces injuries and unhealthy stress at work by predicting and neutralizing hazards before they manifest. Participants are tasked with developing intelligent applications — such as voice-driven 'buddies' for incident feedback, computer vision for on-site inspections, predictive models for psychosocial health, or systems that bridge the gap between regulations and real-time operational planning.

Delivering this technology creates immediate value by lowering incident rates, reducing absenteeism costs, and ensuring a secure, supportive setting for every employee, ensuring the employees come home safe and sound after work.
